Requirements

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates
• Conduct phone screening to identify qualified individuals
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
• Attend, observe, and take minutes of Team meetings and calibration sessions
