Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles at once—with speed and precision
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent organizational and data management capabilities
• Resilience and “thick skin”—able to take feedback, manage pressure, and stay solution-focused
• Highly adaptable and calm in the face of sudden changes or urgent hiring needs
