Job Description
We are a BPO company looking for a Teammate to provide world-class customer service to clients. As a Teammate, you will be the backbone of the company, providing excellent service and ensuring consistent performance based on a continuous improvement model.
Requirements
- Provide world-class service to clients in an accurate, efficient, and respectful manner
- Meet and exceed client-mandated KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
- Maintain confidentiality of login and passwords
- Participate in internal and external mandated trainings and/or seminars
