Teammate

As a Teammate, you will receive inbound and/or place outbound calls, provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries, filter content from the client's website, perform data and research functions, and provide support through known basic troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements

• Willing to work on cyclical schedules
• Experience in phone, email, and live chat support
• Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Good problem solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
