Business Development Manager (Makati) | Onsite

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and identify new business opportunities in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and a strong understanding of BPO services and industry dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the BPO or outsourcing industry
• Strong understanding of BPO services and industry dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
