Job Description
We are looking for Call Center Agents to join a fast growing account in Cebu. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.
Requirements
- At least Senior High School Graduate or completed 2nd year in College
- Must have at least 6 months of solid BPO Experience
- Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
- Amenable to work fully on-site in Cebu City
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
