Customer Service Representative (Auto Insurance) - Cebu City

We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing account in Cebu. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Requirements

• At least HS (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate
• Must have at least 12 months of solid BPO experience
• Must possess an active Driver's License
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Cebu City
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
