Job Description
We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing account in Clark. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.
Requirements
- At least a College Graduate with or without BPO experience
- Completed at least 1st year in college with 18 months of BPO experience
- Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
- Amenable to work fully on-site in Clark
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
