We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual - Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a customer support representative, you will provide high-quality support to customers, communicate with clients, and translate documents and materials. You will also manage projects and assist with sales and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in college without back subjects
• Level of Proficiency: B1 (Intermediate) in Japanese
• Voice account
• Minimum 1 year BPO Experience
• Good English and Japanese communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
• Willing to work on night shift schedule
