SAP HCM Payroll Assistant Manager

Seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to provide expert guidance in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP HCM Payroll solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• SAP HCM Payroll certification
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with strong focus on Payroll module
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementation projects experience
• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll implementation and support projects
• Experience with global SAP SuccessFactors implementations, particularly Employee Central Payroll
• Hands-on expertise in PTP Integration and Payroll Control Center (PCC)
• Documented experience in Cloud Payroll/SF ECP rather than just legacy SAP HC
