Account/Process Trainer for Clark Pampanga location, responsible for training needs analysis, curriculum design, content development, and course delivery. Requires at least 3 years of training experience in soft skills and customer service.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 2 to 3 years trainer experience in the BPO industry
- Preferably with a background or knowledge in tech support
- Excellent oral and written communication
