Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for training needs analysis, curriculum and course design, content development, and course delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of training experience in soft skills and customer service, and a background or knowledge in Tech Support is preferred.
Requirements
- Training experience in effective communication, customer service, technical support, and culture
- Basic working knowledge of word, excel and PPT
- High Impact Communication skills
- Analytical Ability
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 4 years total BPO work experience with 2 years of experience as a trainer in BPO/shared services industry
- Preferably with background or knowledge in Tech Support
- Excellent oral and written communication
