Job Description
We are looking for a Call Center Account/Process Trainer to join our team in Taguig. The successful candidate will be responsible for training needs analysis, curriculum and course design, content development, course delivery, and research methodology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 4 years of overall experience in the BPO industry
- At least 2 years as a trainer within BPO or shared services
- Preferably have a background or knowledge in tech support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work in rotating shifts at BGC, Taguig
