Job Description
TASQ is seeking English-speaking call center agents for on-site positions in Taguig, with openings available starting May 13. As a Customer Service Representative in the Fraud department, you will engage with consumers on behalf of the client through inbound and outbound calls to safeguard the client's brand reputation and ensure a positive experience for customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- One year of experience in call center collections, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
