Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Team Lead with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the BPO/BPM industry to manage teams, handle customer escalations, and ensure team members have the necessary knowledge and training to deliver on targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service in the BPO/BPM industry
- Bachelors degree in any course or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience as a Team Leader handling a team of agents doing voice or inbound calls
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Amenability to work in shifting schedules
- Ability to start ASAP
