Job Description
Native Mexican Spanish / Spanish Call Center Agent with at least 1-2 years BPO experience required. Must be fluent in Mexican Spanish/Spanish and English, and reside within Metro Manila. Hybrid work setup available.
Requirements
- 1-2 years BPO experience (Philippines or outside of the country)
- Native Speakers (Mexican Spanish/ Spanish)
- Fluent in both Mexican Spanish/Spanish and English (oral and written)
- Currently residing within Metro Manila
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules
- Valid passport, visa, and apostilled diploma or training certificate (with English translation)
- Own internet provider with a minimum speed of 50mbps (download and upload)
