Job Description
Process Excellence Manager role involves leading consulting assignments, delivering business value through quality initiatives, and driving process improvement projects in a complex environment. The role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality/Process Excellence and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. The job involves working closely with customers and operations leadership teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to closure.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in end-to-end Quality/Process Excellence
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Excellence head with a demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring industry
- Experience in managing Quality / Process Excellence initiatives for Large Engagements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders and customers
