Job Description
A Sous Chef looking to develop into a Head Chef is required for this award-winning gastro inn in North Yorkshire, UK. The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef and lead the kitchen in their absence, with the opportunity to develop into a Head Chef role within 6-12 months.
Requirements
- Experience working in high standard fresh food restaurants
- Experience working in high volume establishments
- Strong management skills, including man management and kitchen management
- Ability to lead by example and ensure consistency throughout the team
- Firm but fair management approach
