Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant needed to provide high-level support to the Head of Brokerage and the Head of Brokerage - tastytrade. The successful candidate will be a sharp, highly organized individual with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience supporting executive-level leaders
• College degree preferred
• Brokerage experience a plus but not required
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and SharePoint, and quick to pick up new tools
