Trade Desk Representative provides effective customer service for tastytrade customers by utilizing sharp, in-depth knowledge of all retail brokerage services. The role involves working with customers to identify their needs as self-directed investors and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 Certified
• Familiar with Regulation T and portfolio margin accounts
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective in customer interactions, and ability to identify appropriate solutions
• Extremely proficient with use of technology
• Salesforce, Slack, Teams
• Understanding of option execution mechanics and pricing
• Knowledge of futures and options on futures
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
