Bookkeeper

Performs all bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and receivable, and assists with human resource and social service duties. Utilizes QuickBooks accounting program and communicates with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Some college courses in accounting or business administration, office or secretarial skills
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in office functions
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting techniques/software programs and internal controls
• Receptionist techniques and communication skills
• Typing, telephone procedures, and use of standard office equipment
• General office operations and functions
