Job Description
The Channel Sales Manager - Agency Health role is responsible for supervising business delivery under Agency travel team and Tie Ups, and growing the business with profits, Channel Management – Agents. The CSM role manages daily activities of producers, coaches and guides agents to cross sell and grow the business, and ensures IRDA compliance.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience of leading a company/ business line in Retail Sales
- Any Graduation
