Cluster Head - Wealth - Mumbai - Goregaon (E) - MM

We are looking for a Cluster Head - Wealth to manage the PL of the region, build up market share, and establish the Tata Capital Wealth Management brand. The candidate will own and manage a team, review their performance, and co-own clients. They will also address HNI and ultra HNI clients for investment requirements and assist in developing marketing plans for acquiring new customers in the corporate space.

Requirements

• Managing PL of the Region and Building up Market Share
• Owning and Establishing Tata Capital Wealth Management Brand for the regions
• Recruitment, Nurturing talent, Hand Holding
• Reviewing team's performance for optimisation of revenues
• Co Owning clients of the team
• Address HNI and ultra HNI clients for investment requirements
• Assisting the development and implementation of marketing plans for acquiring new customers in the corporate space
• Acquisition and Handling a group of HNI( High Net Worth Exclusive) and UHNIs Clients
• Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
