- Maximize sales through network of DSA and manage connector and builder relationships

- Ensure files are processed from login stage to disbursement
- Optimize team productivity and achieve team results
- Align with team on lead generation activities
- Supervise team of relationship managers for implementation of growth agenda
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence
- Ensure compliance to audit/NHB regulations and company processes
