Job Description
Manage tendering processes, develop pre-construction schedules, and prepare documentation as per the latest EPM process.
Requirements
- Develop detailed pre-construction schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project based on tender parameters.
- Plan manpower, staff, formwork, equipment, and machinery requirements for tenders.
- Prepare all applicable documentation as per the latest EPM process.
- Create tender-specific technical presentations aligned with customer/management expectations.
- Present methodology, execution strategy, and planning rationale during reviews.
- Undertake site visits, collect key inputs, and prepare the site visit report.
