Journeyman HVAC Mechanic

Role Overview

The Journeyman HVAC mechanic is responsible for carrying out all the duties and responsibilities of an HVAC mechanic at the Journeyman level. Must have a minimum of six (6) years’ experience working in the Commercial Facilities/ Operation and Maintenance Arena. A Journeyman HVAC License is required.

What You Will Do

Install, maintain, repair, adjust and clean all HVAC and associated equipment and systems. Inspect completed work for conformance to standards. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults with HVAC systems.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Active Secret or Top Secret clearance preferred. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Requirements

• Journeyman HVAC License
• 6 years’ experience working in the Commercial Facilities/ Operation and Maintenance Arena
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• Maximo CMMS Experience
• Microsoft Computer skills (Office, Word, Outlook etc.)
