Lead HVAC Mechanic

Role Overview

The Lead HVAC Mechanic is responsible for carrying out all the duties and responsibilities of an HVAC mechanic at the Master level. Oversees a staff of HVAC personnel and assists with refrigeration and AC compressor replacement, troubleshooting A/C systems, maintenance and repairs related to HVAC equipment.

What You Will Do

Install, maintain, repair, adjust and clean all HVAC and associated equipment and systems. Inspect completed work for conformance to standards. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults with HVAC systems.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have a minimum of six (6) years’ experience working in large Commercial Facilities/ Operation and Maintenance Arena. A Master HVAC License is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of six (6) years’ experience working in large Commercial Facilities/ Operation and Maintenance Arena
• Master HVAC License
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance preferred
• Maximo CMMS Experience a plus, but not required
• Microsoft Computer skills (Office, Word, Outlook etc.) a plus but not required
