
Job description
The Program Manager will provide program management in support of all aspects of the contract. This includes management of program activities, personnel, budgetary, and contract administration functions. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit agencies, vendors, and subcontract teaming partners.
The Program Manager will be responsible for establishing performance standards for contract managers and leaders, preparing administrative and technical reports, providing strategic oversight of major system development and instrumentation modernization efforts, and managing relationships with vendors and subcontract teaming partners.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, 10 years of progressively responsible professional technical experience, and demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have experience in program management, life cycle planning and cost analysis, and recruiting and staffing a diverse workforce.
