As an Electromechanical Engineer, you will operate and maintain water infrastructure systems to ensure stable, reliable, and efficient 24/7 water supply and sewerage services. The position will entail approximately 70% fieldwork and 30% office tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of proven experience designing, operating, and maintaining water infrastructure systems
- Hands-on experience of at least 4 years in machinery operation and maintenance
- Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and monitoring
- Knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and mechanical principles
- Proficient in relevant software tools for engineering design, data analysis, and project management
- Member of relevant professional bodies – EBK among others
