Seasonal Journey Preparation Team Assistant

This position is responsible for collecting, validating, and transmitting guests' pre and post-trip details, including flight, hotel, and passport information. The role supports the department in ensuring timely and accurate guest service and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or two years of experience in customer service
• Strong interest in travel and guest satisfaction
• Effective problem-solving techniques
• Thorough knowledge of computer skills in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
• Proven abilities to function effectively in a teamwork environment
• Demonstrate comfort in dealing with guest issues
• Prior experience with tour operations highly preferred
