Job Description
Taulia is seeking a Principal Quality Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, and be able to write production-grade code in multiple languages. The role will involve defining the 'North Star' and half-year quality roadmap, providing technical guidance to support project and platform quality initiatives, and overseeing general software quality during all releases and major infrastructure changes.
Requirements
- Expert in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Ability to write production-grade code in more than one language
- Advanced knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases, release pipelines, and monitoring
- Ability to 'Influence Without Authority' regarding long-term quality risks
- Architectural Literacy: ability to critique technical designs
