Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline, 5+ years of experience in HR or related field

Strong relationship management skills, sound cultural knowledge, and the ability to work confidently across communities and Council

Relevant engineering qualification and 5-10 years of experience in landform and/or infrastructure development, with strong knowledge of development engineering, infrastructure, and natural hazard risk

Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Current New Zealand Law Society Practising Certificate, 5+ years of post-qualification experience

Relevant Building (18) Qualification required. 3 or 2 competency as residential, commercial, or both. Experience in building inspections is essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills needed

Relevant experience and qualifications in hard landscaping and carpentry, physical fitness, technology savvy, strong communication skills, reliability, and positive attitude

10+ years of executive-level support experience, exceptional judgement, and strong organisational awareness
