Requirements

• Completed commercial education (apprenticeship, HAS, HAK or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in backoffice or in claim settlement
• Structured, independent and reliable working method
• Organizational talent and pleasure in communication with customers
• Safe handling of MS Office
• Experience with CRM systems is advantageous
• Team-oriented, responsible and solution-oriented personality
