Tava Health is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and execute a user lifecycle strategy to drive provider signups and increase monthly session counts for their mental health platform. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of using data-driven insights to manage and grow user engagement across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or email marketing, preferably within a high-growth tech or healthcare/wellness environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving measurable conversions.
- Hands-on, expert-level experience with a modern marketing automation platform - Iterable and Hubspot preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging.
- Proficiency in setting up and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
- Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS for template creation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data (e.g., Mixpanel, BI tools) to inform decisions.
