Bar Back/Bartender Assistant

Joe's American Bar & Grill is seeking a Bar Back to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests and maintain a positive dining experience. This role involves stocking bars, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering customer service. The Bar Back will be a key contact for guests and team members, ensuring satisfaction and a memorable experience.

Requirements

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
• Deliver genuine hospitality to and establish emotional connections with our guests
• Presents the best we have to offer, never selling the guest anything
• Determine guests needs while making the appropriate recommendations and offerings to enhance the dining experience
• Restock liquor, beer, and wine throughout shift
• Clean the bar area ensuring it is constantly organized
• Empty the trash throughout the shift, when necessary
• Stock sanitizer bucket and change at a minimum every two hours or earlier when necessary
• Polish silverware and glassware
• Execute beverage tray service
• Adhere to all alcohol awareness procedures
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Process payments and handle cash professionally
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation
• Perform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately
• Perform any job function requested by the management team
