Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction. They will handle beverage preparation, provide accurate service, and maintain a clean and professional environment. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to customer focus and teamwork.

Requirements

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
• Deliver genuine hospitality to and establish emotional connections with our guests
• Determine guests needs while making the appropriate recommendations and offerings to enhance the dining experience
• Presents the best we have to offer, never selling the guest anything
• Prepares drink orders for guests and servers
• Execute beverage tray service
• Adhere to all alcohol awareness procedures
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Process payments and handle cash professionally
• Communicate with managers and hosts regarding table availability
• Follow up with guests about their meal and dining experience
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation
• Perform all job function requested by the management team
