Dishwasher

Boxi Park, a food-focused restaurant housed in repurposed shipping containers, is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain a clean and sanitized environment for guests. This role is crucial in ensuring guests have a positive and memorable dining experience, as Dishwashers must meticulously clean and sanitize all restaurantware and glassware. The position operates on a five-day/5-day schedule.

Requirements

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
• Assemble dish machine and pot sinks to prepare for washing dishes
• Change water in the dish machine at a minimum every two hours, or earlier
• Ensure proper water temperature constantly
• Clean all dishes properly using the dish machine or washing by hand
• Check all dishes after cleaning to ensure 100% cleanliness
• Sort clean silverware
• Organize the dish area for efficient use of space
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the entire dish area and back of house
• Carry boxes and trash from the kitchen to the dumpster
• Perform all job function requested by management team
