Requirements
- Communicate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to learn of featured items and important shifts.
- Prepare food according to recipe instructions, using proper portioning and cooking standards.
- Adhere to guest allergy sensitivity protocol.
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
- Clean and sanitize the work area.
- Perform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately.
