The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing menu items with precision, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role requires adherence to recipe instructions, portioning methods, and food safety protocols.

Requirements

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
• Communicate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to learn about featured items and shift information
• Prepare food according to daily needs and par levels
• Adhere to guest allergy sensitivity protocol
• Clean and sanitize the work area
• Ensure proper temperature of equipment
• Perform any job function requested by the management team
