Job Description
Boxi Park is a community-focused food and entertainment destination in Orlando, Florida, built entirely from repurposed shipping containers. They offer world-class cuisine from Michelin-rated chefs, catering to a variety of food concepts. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
- Communicate with the Executive Chef and the Sous Chef.
- Check and adjust temperature of equipment.
- Clean and sanitize work area.
- Food preparation to specifications.
- Performs additional duties, including emptying trash.
- Prioritize item preparation to ensure timely delivery.
