The Food Runner is responsible for delivering hospitality to guests, ensuring food presentation meets standards, and providing excellent customer service. The role focuses on maintaining food quality, speed, and consistency, while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
• Ensures interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Observes guest’s body language to anticipate their needs.
• Ensures all aspects of food presentation are in accordance with company standards.
• Expeditiously delivers food from the kitchen to our guests.
• Follows proper safety procedures and policies for food handling.
• Answers questions regarding food and beverages.
