Job Description
Tavus is a research lab pioneering human computing. We're building AI Humans: a new interface that closes the gap between people and machines, free from the friction of today's systems. We're looking for a Growth Engineer who sits at the intersection of code, creativity, and go-to-market.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience across some combination of developer relations, growth engineering, GTM engineering, or technical marketing at a developer-first or API-driven company
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript is expected
- Deep comfort with AI tools and code gen
- Understanding of what developers care about and how they evaluate tools
- Experience creating content that drives organic growth in technical audiences
- Enough design sensibility to produce high-quality visual assets independently
- Strong written communication
