(Senior) Software Engineer – Backend

Taxfix is a company that enables people to file their taxes with confidence. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a shared engineering team that serves both Taxfix and Steuerbot. Your responsibility will be to design and implement scalable backend systems and architecture that enable core functionality across Taxfix and Steuerbot.

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve core shared services and internal tools
• Design and implement scalable, reliable backend systems and architecture
• Collaborate across teams to design, ship new features and share capabilities
• Contribute to shaping the long-term technical direction of core backend services
• Take ownership, remove blockers, and help the team stay focused on what matters most
