Job Description
Project Manager - Science & Technology Market job opening at Taylor Design, a 100% employee-owned company, responsible for successful completion of one or more projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget across all phases, overseeing project team(s) and assigning work, guiding execution, and ensuring high-quality, timely completion. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination among clients, subconsultants, and internal team members, clearly defining roles and responsibilities, aligning expectations, and adapting communication as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent education in an AEC related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a professional office setting
- Demonstrated history of success in leading a team and managing one or more projects
- Familiarity with multiple project delivery methods
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in accounting software, such as Deltek, BST, or similar software
