Job Description
Luxury high-rise residential community in Jersey City seeks an experienced Building Superintendent to oversee maintenance and operation of the building, supervise 12 employees, and manage fire safety systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Superintendent or Chief Engineer in a luxury high-rise
- Experience supervising 10+ employees
- Strong knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance
- Fire Safety Manager certification or willingness to obtain certification
