Requirements

• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance troubleshooting
• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance tasks for the building
• Respond promptly to resident service requests with a professional, customer-focused approach
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas, mechanical rooms, and building systems
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials, and equipment
• Assist with vendor coordination and supervise contracted work when needed
