Job Description
Taylor Northeast is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to service heavy lift equipment and forklifts in the Morgantown and Reading, PA areas. The candidate will inspect, diagnose, and service equipment, conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks, and test mechanical equipment after repair. The position requires strong electrical aptitude, hydraulic and diesel experience, and a clean driving record.
Requirements
- Inspect, diagnose, and service heavy lift equipment (diesel, electric, or LP)
- Determine required repairs
- Maintain equipment service records
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks onsite at customer locations
- Test mechanical equipment after repair or assembly to guarantee proper performance and compliance with the manufacturer's specifications
