Job Description
Associate Professor - Food Studies. We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as an Associate Professor in Food Studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and administration, with a focus on contributing to the development of our culinary program.
Requirements
- PhD from a recognised university in Culinary, Gastronomy, Food Studies or other relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in teaching / research / industry
- Strong publication record with at least 3-5 publications in C.I. journals (ISI, SCOPUS) in the last 5 years
- Secured research grant(s) as a Principal Investigator worth RM75,000-RM100,000 (cumulative)
- Graduated at least 2 PhD students
- H-index of minimum 5
