The Competition Associate will advise clients on EU and UK competition law, managing client matters, delivering clear advice, and supporting business development initiatives. The role involves working on merger control, foreign investment, and regulatory submissions, as well as participating in business development initiatives and sector-focused projects.
Requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor (or equivalent EU qualification)
- 2-4 years PQE in competition law
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written/oral communication
- Good commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and business development
- Strong academic background
- Good financial and matter management skills
