Data Steward Manager

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Data Steward Manager to lead and support our team of Data Stewards. This team plays a central role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and reliability of client and matter data across the firm.

Requirements

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of Data Stewards, ensuring effective workload management and service delivery.
• Oversee data quality activity across multiple systems, identifying issues and working with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Review and improve processes to ensure best practice in data management.
• Maintain consistent data housekeeping across firm databases to support efficient operations.
• Support the Head of Architecture & Data in shaping team standards, training, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to merger‐related data consolidation and alignment activity.
